Path: Telephony -> Advanced Features -> Smart DID
With Smart DID feature, the IPPBX system has the ability to route an inbound call directly to an extension if the extension had previously called or tried to call the external number. It is convenient for the called party to make a call back and be directly routed to the extension that called them without going through the IVR menu or reception desk. For example, extension 100 called external number 1234567, no matter this number answered or not, when the number tries to ring back, the call will go directly to extension 100. If you want this to happen, please use the Enable Smart DID switch to turn on this feature.
